North Pacific Management is seeking a Director of Restaurant Operations with a proven track record in F&B concept development and execution. This position is responsible for supporting the Director of Operations and Hotel General Managers in delivering the strongest restaurant and catering results. Will partner with other senior-level executives regarding company strategic directions. Results are achieved through consistent use of management standards and systems that are trained and measured in each property. The successful candidate will exhibit a passion for excellence in operations and staff training/education, in-depth knowledge of trends and an aptitude for financial analysis. This position requires advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of the F&B and hospitality profession. This includes the knowledge required for management of people and ability to handle complex problems. Must possess highly developed communication skills to effectively sell F&B concepts, ideas and visions to owners and business partners.
