Developmental Disabilities Senior Program Manager Senior Program Manager needed for an Oregon agency providing quality 24-hour services to adults with developmental disabilities. The individual holding this position supervises day to day residential program operations for the agency and is responsible for the direct supervision of program managers. In addition, this person will be responsible for oversight of staff supervision and training by managers, compliance with all contract and administrative rule requirements and for all aspects of services for the individuals residing in the programs. Minimum qualifications include five years of multi-site management experience with 24-hour DD programs and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Four additional years of management-level experience may be substituted for a degree. Candidates with equivalent combinations of experience and education may be considered. Starting salary range is expected to be in the high $50s to $70,000, depending on experience and education. An excellent benefits package begins after 3 months of employment.
