CLINICAL COORDINATOR, Gresham We have two full-time, exempt salaried positions open at our Gresham Recovery Center. One position works with our women’s program call New Directions. The other position is for the small outpatient group. Both work the day shift but must be available in the evenings for emergencies. The pay range is $2880 to $3666 per month ($33,800 - $44,000/ annually) , depending on experience. DUTIES INCLUDE: Assist the Program Director with daily program administration and clinical staff supervision, scheduling and training. Oversee and assist with client assessment, orientation, and treatment services. Oversee and coordinate treatment planning with outside agencies. Approve treatment plans and review the documentation on electronic medical record data base. Assist in development of appropriate services. Other duties as assigned. TO QUALIFY, WE REQUIRE: 1. A Master’s Degree in a human services discipline. 2. 2-3 years of recent, related work experience, preferably serving a similar client population. Supervisory experience strongly preferred. 3. Certification such as CADC-II or licensure such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT with 60 documented hours of A&D CEU’s. (Or achieve certification or licensure within 2 years of hire.) 4. Excellent oral and written communication skills. 5. Individuals currently serving a supervised federal, state, or county parole or probation are ineligible for this position.
