I see this as an ideal arrangement for someone who should not or does not wish to live alone; or wants the security of having someone around; who does not or prefers not to cook to some degree; who no longer can drive, or who just wants company now and then when going out and about. The rent of $500 is room and utilities. The other aspects to be determined will also determine the final price per month, but no matter what, it would be drastically less expensive than assisted living, or an apartment, plus a lovely home environment. ABout the home - a quality, well appointed and decorated 3 bedroom home with 2 baths of approximately 1860 sf. Formal dining room, large kitchen, and beautiful yard front and back. A gardener's paradise if you wish to do a bit of gardening. The backyard is private, fenced, with covered and uncovered decks, water feature and BBQ. There is off street parking. NOTE: For the right person and arrangement, I am willing to make adjustments to make the home its most convenient and comfortable. One added thing - you must like dogs as there are 2 - both loving and adorable (an elderly lab girl, and a fluffy labradoodle boy). They are a delight, and great companions.
