Hi! We're looking for a summer housemate in our sociable house off Alberta. Five of us live here now, sharing food and occasionally letting friends and traveling couchsurfers sleep on the sofa. Sometimes the house feels like a coffee shop, but the room that's up for rent is pretty private. Rent is $412 and utilities can rack up to $60 more. We're planning on moving to somewhere cheaper in September, so this is tentatively just a sublet from June-August.
