So I'm looking for one cool person to share my apartment with. The apartment is on two levels - only one bed & 1 bath though. Each level can be used as a separate bedroom, and has a separate entrance. I'll be staying in the bottom portion. The apartment is less than a 5 minute minute walk from Sylvania (the largest PCC campus), and the PCC bus stop is within walking distance as well - with free shuttles to the other 3 PCC locations (and to PSU). You'll be on the upper floor - with the bathroom and kitchen on the same level as you. Hence, your share of the rent will be slightly higher than mine. I'm a 24 year old guy, a vegan, and work for (and take classes at) PCC. I'm very friendly, sociable, and can carry on a conversation as if I'm the smartest person on the planet. Some things I look for in a good roommate: - Should be clean - and know how to pick up after himself/herself. I'm not a neat-freak myself, but I do try to maintain order. - Ideally, the person would be sane and sociable. But that can be asking for a lot. - I have a preference for vegetarian or mostly vegetarian people. - Preferably should be a PCC student. Rent is $395.
