I will be your only roommate. 1 block from the 4, and 16 bus lines. 15 minutes by car from downtown NW Portland from the St. Johns bridge. Room has wood floors underneath the carpet which can be painted/refinished, or just leave the carpet as it is. Large fenced-in back yard which any dog can run around/take care of business (I am open to other pets, cats etc) - I do not have any animals at this time. The house has a large kitchen with a dish washer and ample sized bathroom/living room. We will share the bathroom. Also, there is a garden in the back yard. I will not require a deposit. I get along with all "types,"although I often look very "business professional" but that's mostly because I have to look that way for work! My last roommate was very hippy; I respected him greatly and it turned out to be a great experience.
