The room is the largest in the house and has a huge, 6' x 4' window. I've lived here for 2 1/2 years and I've really, really enjoyed it. A little about our house - the living situation is geared towards a communal style living arrangement, which includes shared food, utilities and meals. This works out incredibly well in two primary ways - first of all, bills end up being much cheaper. We end up spending about $+/-140 Food per month, per person, and that’s for delicious organic and vegetarian food. It’s not only cheap, but the other benefit is that you and your housemates will be cooking for eachother and therefore, you’ll have dinner waiting for you four nights a week! We also have established weekly house chores. We’re busy people, but we try to foster a community at our house with occasional parties and dinner guests. We are looking for an individual who would be interested in contributing to our home! We are a pretty friendly, social house. We’re not wild, but we do like inviting people over for dinner, enjoying good food and having a good time. People feel free to do their own thing, but we also end up spending time just sitting in the living room watching movies, cracking jokes or enjoying good conversation. It’s a laid back, positive and a generally nice place to live. To downtown from our house, it's 10-15 minutes by car and 20-25 minutes by bike, but we're also just a few blocks from the 4, 44 and Yellow Line MAX. The neighborhood is laid back and Peninsula Park is very close. Ideally, we’re looking for someone to move in on June 20th (or as soon as possible thereafter...)
