AVAILABLE July 1st Hi, I have a Large Bedroom Available in my 2500 sq foot house right across from Concordia University. There are currently 3 people living upstairs on the main floor that has nice size living room, dinning room, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The room available is about 11 by 13 it’s one of the biggest rooms upstairs. I just remodeled the downstairs added 3 bedrooms a full bath and a full kitchen. It has a separate entrance but with a connecting door to the upstairs. Everyone in the house is very friendly, responsible and down to earth. Average range currently is 18- 27. I am looking for someone that is either a student or has a full time job. Someone that is responsible picks up after themselves, and that can pay their rent and bills on time. The Utilities are divided up between everyone in the house. We have Wireless Internet and cable in all rooms. I’m looking for someone that wouldn’t mind having a utility bill in there name. But currently all bills are in someone’s name. I also have a Lawn care service that comes a couple times a month. The house is furnished now.
