Fenced & private back yard with a little room to garden, front porch swing. Easy bike storage in garage, great neighborhood, storage in dry basement. Plenty of on street parking. A very nice place to live! We are a well organized household and keep the house clean. The house jobs are divided four ways and described in some detail. We wash our dishes and put them away after we use them (we really do!) We are looking for someone who appreciates this kind of organization and is already in the habit of cleanliness. How we like to live: Quiet and peacefulness is highly valued here but Ok to have a party as well... No TV in communal spaces but ok in your room. Willingness to communicate a must and a sense of humor really helps! We keep our own food for the most part, and have occasional house meetings. Location! The Hollywood shopping area is also just a few blocks away with more shopping, including Trader Joe’s and a wonderful seasonal farmers market within walking distance. The Max train station in Hollywood takes me about 17 min to walk to. Bus stops within one block on Fremont or three blocks on 41st.
