Hi there! Looking for a super convenient place to live and a couple of cool people to live with? We are a young couple (21 and 25) looking to rent the extra room in our home for $400/mo. (Utilities not included, they will be split 3 ways and there is also a $250 deposit) -utilities are gas, electric, water and if you want cable it's up to you. The room is available now! It's homey and bright with the skylight letting natural light in and a spacious closet for clothes and storage. We want someone who will be pretty clean and tidy (not letting dishes pile up, helping out with some household chores) and of course someone who is reliable and responsible who will pay bills on time as well as being outgoing and fun. Conserving energy is also a plus. We are also hoping to find someone to hang out with, enjoy the occasional party, go out, what have you. The house is a two bedroom, one bath with a bonus room upstairs and a laundry room with washer and dryer. It's a great location in NE close to Fred Meyer, Max line, bus #19 and several other places within walking distance or a 3 to 5 minute drive. We do also have a wonderfully charming corgi that gets along with everyone. We're looking for someone in the same age range as us, but no party animals. We like to have fun, drink casually, be outdoors, etc, but it's nice to come home after work and relax too. We're pretty outgoing people. We love cooking, movies, hanging out, taking it easy. We're pretty simple and easy to get along with. Unfortunately we cannot have a cat in the house as there is an allergy, sorry.
