Great large 4 bedroom 3 bath house shared between 4 girls ages 24-29 (including you!). House is three levels with large living areas including living room, family room and sun room and huge backyard with spiral staircase from sun room to patio. Gardening opportunities available if desired. Kitchen and living areas are shared and fully furnished. They are a great benefit of the house but please have the ability to be respectful of keeping these areas clean for everyone! Availability is July 10th. Current roommates include girl working full-time for a law firm downtown as a lawyer, one girl working at an athletic club and going to school at Portland State University and one girl starting her second year of medical school at OHSU in September. This house is a queer-friendly environment, no exceptions. The available bedroom is large with two fantastic closets and hardwood floors. A large bathroom is shared with one other person. It is on the main floor of the house. We have cable TV and wireless internet, the bill totals to about $35-40 a month and must be paid by all roommates regardless of use. We also pay for gas, electricity and water, these bills are variable with use and season but generally are between $40/month on the low end and $80/month on the high end in the winter. There is a deposit of $150* with $50 dollars refundable when you leave. Rent is $350 a month. House is in the Burlingame area, walking distance to Safeway and Fred Meyer and easy access to I-5. Biking distance to Lewis and Clark College, OHSU, PSU, Multnomah Village and Downtown. There is plenty of parking available right out in front of the house. Please email with any and all questions.
