We are losing a great roommate and are looking to replace him with someone who is just as amazing. Two girls and one guy (all mid-late 20s) looking for another male to live with us in our four bedroom house. We all have different schedules, but tend to be around in the evenings. We are looking for someone that plans on being a long term part of this house, and is willing to pull their weight when it comes to household responsibilities...cleaning, yard work, paying bills on time, etc. Ideally, we would like an fun, respectful roommate that easygoing and accountable. No passive-aggressiveness, please! In addition to the three of us, there is a very low maintenance cat. She loves people, but can't stand other animals...so please, no pets. The house has lots of common space, two bathrooms, a large kitchen, front porch, small garden, washer/dryer, and we are in a prime location (32nd and hawthorne). Rent is a mere $350 plus monthly utilities. We have a wonderful landlord. The room will be available July 1st.
