I have a great apartment, job and school. The only problem is the roommate that i had was such a weasel that he left me high and dry to pay the rent and utilities on my own. I can pay it but 750$ plus utilities is a lot for a student to have to pay. I smoke but only outdoors and im trying to quit, I drink socially but never party. I have posted on craigs list before and had a few people bail on me. I am a relaxed guy just looking for a roommate who can pay their side of the bills, not be a social shut in, and possibly become a good friend. I would like to have someone by the end of the month if possible and will move as quickly as i can to get someone in. The space itself is a 2 bed, 2 bath, with washer and dryer, kitchen and living room.
