My mother would like to sublet a room to visit her grand kids in August. Unfortunately our house is tight with kids. We live in the NE Beaumont area and would like to find something for her close by. Beaumont Wilshire, Alameda, Irvington, Concordia etc. She will be driving up from the Bay Area. She is a healthy, fun, youthful grandmother, but would probably not enjoying staying with very young adults. Please email if you have availability and think that this would be a good fit.
