400/600 Returning to PDX for the summer I'm a retired professional man who hopes to split my time between PDX and MX. After 35 years in PDX (mostly Hawthorne district) I have spent the last six months in Mexico. I will be back in PDX by July 1st and plan to stay at least through August. I still have a room or two of furnishings in PDX storage and two vehicles. An ideal situation would be a place I could rent 2-3 months a year and store stuff the rest of the year. I'm committed to returning to PDX for at least the next three years while my daughter completes college. She will also be returning to PDX each summer and living with her mother. My ideal location would be between Lloyd Center and 82nd and Burnside. Between her home and the squash/tennis courts. One of my vehicles is a Westphalia camper and I'll probably spend a lot of the summer traveling in the PNW. I'm active and won't be home much but enjoy my privacy. A separate entrance and private bathroom with shower would be great but I am flexible. Money is not an issue and I can provide excellent PDX references. I'll consider all types of arrangements including leaving my furnishings for a next renter, leaving the campervan for your use or just making a plan for this summer. I am easy to get along with and neat and clean but not excessively. I can live without a kitchen but would prefer at least refrigerator space.
