I am a 26 y.o. woman who is looking for a room in a nice house, preferably an upstairs or attic room. I recently moved into an apartment on my own after living with roommates for the past few years, and its just not working out. I am paying too much rent and I miss having people around. Would prefer to live within a half hour to downtown by bike. I would love a nice yard and garden, or garden potential. I work 8-5 Monday-Friday, and tend to go to bed around 10:30 or 11 on weekdays, so a big party house wouldn’t work so well. I do like small get togethers and am fine with the occasional party. I don’t smoke but drink on occasion. I love cooking, movies, books, riding and working on my bikes, camping and travelling when I get the chance, etc. I am pretty tidy and considerate of others. I'm a vegetarian, and try to eat local/organic, although I occasionally can't live without some cheetos. I would love to live with other women in my age range, but am open minded to other options. We don’t have to best friends or anything, but some friendliness and a sense of community is always welcome. I don’t have any pets, but love cats, so I'd be thrilled to move in with one (or more). I don’t have to be out of my current apartment until the end of July, so it probably won’t work if you need someone right away.
