Hello, I need to find a roommate soon. I'm looking for a place very close-in Portland near transportation and a grocery store. Preferably located in a high density area and close to the MAX. Let me tell you a bit about myself. I'm 35, male, single, no kids, professional living in NW downtown Portland. I'm am currently seeking employment and collecting a stable income. I'm attending PSU and continuing to look for full time work. I'm primarily looking for a roommate/s in order to reduce my cost of living to an affordable and sustainable amount. I'd also like to have a roommate/s that I can communicate with and enjoy some time together cooking and doing whatever. I'm an avid outdoor person who loves Oregon territory. I go snowboarding at least once a week. Once Spring time comes around I like all the outdoor activities, although I hardly ever get to because I don't have a car. I'm a pretty tidy person and respect others property/domain. I can provide you with references and proof of income stability. I can commit to a lease if need be. I'm the kind of person who believes in the integrity of a handshake. I'd like to find a place that I can call home not just a place to sleep. It would be nice to live with people around 25-40 or something like that. I don't mind living in a house with alot of people as long as there is space and enough bathrooms. I'd prefer only to live with a few people at the most. I'd rather live with one woman than a fraternaty house. Whatever though, I open to find out what's out there. I would even be up to exchange work for rent if you have a busiiness of your own. I can do all kinds of stuff. I am a professional who paved the way with very hard work. Great in the office and with my hands. I'd even help you out with a DIY project. Mine are just as good as the pros if not better. Just an idea. I don't need to exchange work for rent and I'd be willing to help out around the place just because i would be living there. The rent I would like to pay is around $400 per month. Thanks!
