Hi, I am an almost 19 year old student looking for a room to rent within a reasonable (like 45 minutes at the most) bus or MAX ride of downtown Portland (I am going to the Art Institute of Portland). I am super easy going, not picky about who I live with at all, pretty quiet, considerate, I clean up after myself (and have been cleaning up after my current roommate a lot which I don't mind haha), get along with everyone, not allergic to cats or dogs but don't have any pets, don't smoke but it's cool if you do, have a steady income and my parents would help me out if I was in a pinch so I will always pay rent (on time!). As far as rent goes 350-400 is pretty much my limit, and my ideal move in time would be mid or late July as my current lease is up July 31st.
