I rent a large house in the University area of Seattle. I am working with the landlords to find someone new for when I leave for Portland. It's a huge house right smack in the middle of the city, lots of bars and retail shops, it has two rooms upstairs and a third room downstairs that is a semi-finished basement. It would be best for a band practice area or bike shop. It has a fireplace and a small front yard. I am looking for a two bedroom HOUSE or DUPLEX with a YARD (specific requierments) that allows oudoor cats in the north or northeast areas of Portland. Anytime in the next 2 months.
