IS CURRENTLY SEEKING A REFRIGERATION OPERATOR IN HOUSE/ OFF SITE POSTING POSTING DATE: 06.03.09 The REFRIGERATION OPERERATOR is primarily responsible for maintaining proper operation, maintenance and repair of the equipment and machinery related to the Refrigeration systems. This position reports directly to the Refrigeration Supervisor/Engineer Specific duties include the proper operation, maintenance and repair of the 3,700 hp ammonia refrigeration system, training of new refrigeration employees and other duties as assigned. Personal tools are required. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years verifiable experience, knowledge in the maintenance and repair of a 3,700 hp ammonia refrigeration system, understanding of all aspects of PSM and RMP programs, understanding of electrical control circuits, purgers, plate and frame heat exchangers, blast cell and plate freezers, brine tanks, box chillers, ice machines and ice delivery systems, RETA CIRO licensed preferred, able to speak, read and write in the English language.
