First Shift-6 month contract opening DUTIES: · Set-up and operate semi-automatic production equipment; responsible for manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products · Keeps accurate and up-to-date batch records and data sheets on batches in-process. · Performs in-process tests per the manufacturing procedures. · Calibrate balances and weigh raw materials. · Follow all procedures in a clean room environment · Maintain manufacturing areas in accordance with operating procedures · Complete Quality Records as they relate to the manufacturing process · Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times. · Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisor or our Chief Compliance Officer. · Performs other related duties, as required. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: · Minimum of 1 year Medical Device/Pharmaceutical or related manufacturing experience · Knowledge of GMP/Quality Systems · Have the ability to accurately follow document procedures · Have the ability to recognize equipment and product problems, perform basic troubleshooting · Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) · Must be computer literate · Clean room experience · Ability to work within a team environment to resolve problems and implement change · Ability to meet deadlines and multitask in a fast paced environment EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: · High School Diploma (minimum) · College degree or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience Location: West Chester, PA Compensation: 15/HR This is a contract job.
