Minimum Requirements: -Have a working knowledge of soldering procedures, the inspection process and the polarity as well as recognition of components. -Must be able to solder through hole, fine pitch and surface mount components. -Must have 2 yrs experience in electronic manufacturing and quality assurance of PCB Boards. -Must possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, be self motivated and be able to work with minimal supervision. -Must have previous management experience -IPC Standards/QA knowledge a MUST -PCB knowledge a MUST Location: Nampa ID Compensation: 9.50 to 12.00hr DOE Principals only.
