Duties & Responsibilites: Ensure quality and quantity of finished product while maintaining department integrity and standards. Must have a dairy background with experience working with Dryers, Evaporators and membrane systems. Also, must have knowledge of production equipment and be able to evaluate and analyze data. The supervisor will be involved in the daily scheduling of employees as well as evaluating and disciplining. They will be expected to follow all of Sorrento Lactalis GMP, HACCP and Safety programs, and will be expected to oversee activities of up to 15 employees. Qualifications/Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Dairy or equivalent from four year college or technical school. Must have a minimum of seven years dairy and supervisory experience, knowledge of dairy processing equipment, and membrane technology.
