Responsibilities include ensuring that the fluids department runs efficiently and coordinate corrective and preventive measures with maintenance. Will have knowledge of GMP's and recalls; minimize product spills going to Waste Water; control the CIP system and work closely with inspectors to correct any issues in a timely manner. They must have experience in HTST testing and have knowledge of production equipment. The incumbent must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Qualifications/Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or Dairy, or equivalent from four year college or, technical school. Minimum of seven years dairy and supervisory experience required.
