* Supervisor experience *Need to make sure the lines are set up and ready to go before the start of shift. *Oversees schedules, attendance records of assigned workers. *Attends daily pre-shift meetings conducted by plant manager to review upcoming production goals and other plant related shift topics. *Conduct employee corrective actions as needed. *Logs all required personnel attendance and input notes in Resource System. *Produces a daily shift report addresssed to the Onsite Manager. *Introduce new workers to their work place.
