Duties •Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of material to production and customer service •Ensure all material is stocked promptly and accurately •Interact with all departmental supervisors, support functions, engineering, and other functions within the organization •Maintain a high level of inventory accuracy through cycle counting and process improvements •Maintain a clean, safe, and organized facility •Promote continual improvements in material movement, inventory accuracy, safety, etc. Job Summary: The person in this position ensures the integrity of the Manufacturing Order System, the proper implementation of Engineering Change Notices, and the accuracy of the serial number tracking system. Supervises Production Control Analyst and Production Control Data Entry Clerk Essential Duties AND Responsibilities: • Reviews and maintains Manufacturing Orders • Audits Manufacturing Order System to ensure smooth and proper data flow • Generates parts picks based on production schedule to ensure a constant flow of material • Interfaces with Master Scheduler and Materials Department to ensure production dates are achieved • Maintains file of Engineering Change Notices • Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of the Model Specifications File Training AND/OR Experience: • Five years supervisor experience, manufacturing environment preferred Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: • Strong leadership skills and ability to develop a team • Strong working knowledge of MRP • MAPICS experience preferred • Excellent communication skills • Computer literate • Analytical Skills Education: • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience Physical Requirements: Light Location: Las Vegas, NV 89119 Compensation: DOE Principals only.
