I am looking for a 1-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor for my mom who is 67 years old. She is an excellent tenant. Very quiet and keeps to herself. She is hoping to get an apartment w/ utilities includes. Definitely not looking for a basement apartment. She is extremely clean and does not have any pets.
