We are looking for a high-energy, self motivated, outside sales manager for a membership-based non-profit organization. Salary is commission based – 30% commission on all new memberships sold + opportunity for additional incentives and bonuses. A proven track record of strong sales experience is required. Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of B2B sales recommended. Contacts and/or experience in the hospitality industry is also helpful, but not required. The ideal candidate has a great “telephone personality,” is energetic, resilient, assertive, has outstanding time management skills, a flexible schedule, and his/her own means of transportation.
