I am a single mom with two well behaved kids finding it harder and harder to make ends meet. I know the idea of rentng a room from someone that has kids doesn't sound too exciting but during the week they would be awake for a couple of hours before heading to bed and the weekends would be packed with chores and running around so you wouldn't actually see them too much. The room is fairly large it has a bed and dresser in it an has a fairly large closet. There is only one bathroom in the apartment. The apartment is on the second floor and there is a pool in the complex. We don't have cable but that can be added if you'd like, we just aren't home enough to watch any tv. This apartment is perfect for someone who has a busy life style. I just ask that you be respectful, reliable,honest and little to no drama. I know that during these hard times we need to help each other out! Room is available Feb 1st. california
