I am 24 years old and have a 3 bedroom condo in Vista. I have one other roommate right now and am looking for someone to rent out the other bedroom. Currently I have someone in there, but in a week or two they are moving out so I need to fill it again. The house is about 1900 square feet with a loft and 2 1/2 baths. It has a two car attached garage. You would be sharing the bathroom with me. The other full bathroom is attached to the master bedroom which my other roommate occupies. Located in Bridgecreek condos in Vista right off of Emerald and the 78. Close to everything. We have washer and dryer and it is one of the biggest units in the complex. 40 minutes from downtown and 5-10 minutes from the beach.
