Shared driveway so I leave my keys on a hook near the back door. If you block me in you do the same. Nice large kitchen, island stove with bar, upgraded appliances, ceramic tile with built in microwave and insta-hot, disposal, dishwasher etc. Has all the pots and pans, dishes and so on. Nice kitchen so feel free to cook to impress. Stand up freezer is about ½ full of my stuff so there is room for yours. 30" HDTV, PS2 & PC with internet in living, wireless through out. Community cable only has 7 channels but can upgrade if that's an issue. Room is wired for TV. Covered sitting area out front and 6 burner stainless BBQ out the back. Evening usage of heated pool, jacuzzi, billiards room & gym till 9:00 PM Thinking about replacing the dinning room table with a pool table. I'll wait to see what works best for you. 3rd room is for kids during visitation. Mine are spring break, summer and winter. We tend to go camping or are out and about so if yours are every other weekend that can work too. Rent is 500.00 per month, due on the first, add 5% after the 5th. Deposit is 250.00.
