We need someone to rent the spacious master bedroom in our amazing house right on the edge of then CANYON!!! It has a walk in closet, and private bathroom. The backyard pic below is the view from the room. You need to be ready to move in by the end of January, beginning of February. Month to month, with an 850 deposit, but we can break the deposit up if you can't pay it all at once. It's a gigantic house with 4 bedrooms, and 2 stories in Sorrento Valley. Kenmore Washer/Dryer in house and FREE!!!! 15 minute drive to UCSD and walking distance to VONS and all sorts of shopping. The house has a jacuzzi in the big back yard right by the edge of the canyon as well. We're all in our early 20's and work full time. We all believe in the work hard play hard mentality and we've planned a few parties from time to time at the place. It's a very nice place and we like to keep it clean so you gotta be clean!(But don't worry we're not dish nazis)male or female it doesn't matter we've got 1 guy and 2 girls in the house right now. Be around 20-23. We all drink. None of us smoke, but you can step outside we don't care. If you're familiar with the area then you know how nice the houses are.
