I am looking to share a clean 2,500 square foot 2-story house with a huge yard (11,000 square foot lot) with Jacuzzi, swimming pool, bar-b-q area, and fruit trees (3 guava, 2 apples, and 3 cherimoyas). The house has a spacious living room, formal dining room, breakfast nook, laundry room, and a pool table room. I am looking to rent a room upstairs that you'll share a bathroom with another female tenant. Room is 10X10 ft. House is located 0.5 mile from I-56 that connects to I-15 (5 minutes away) I-5 (15 minutes away). The house is located half a mile to shopping center, Rancho Penasquitos Town Center (Vons, restaurants, and stores) and 5 minutes from Mira Mesa Market Center (Edwards Theater, Pat&Oscar, Albertsons,etc. I am looking for a clean, courteous, easygoing, and professional tenant to rent a room on a month to month basis.
