Welcome home! We have 2 rooms, available now, in a quiet 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse. We live in a beautiful gated apartment community in the charming north Carlsbad Village area, close to the Carlsbad Mall, Mira Costa College, Albertsons, and just a 5-10 min walk to the beach and restaurants. Both rooms are bright and sunny with a nice sized window (view of sunset from the east wall). The large room is on the second floor and has a large closet with double doors. The medium room is downstairs, with nice deep shelving in the closet, and beautiful built-in glass shelves in the room itself as well. With either room you would have access to the entire home and either of the two bathrooms (one on each level). The townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and two small onsite fitness rooms. Just a little about us… My fiancé and I (both 25) and our 4-year-old son occupy the master bedroom upstairs. We are gently spiritual, into meditation, yoga, conscious living, organic foods and movie nights. =) I work as an Executive Assistant full-time, and my hobbies are singing, writing poetry, apparel design, and drawing. My fiancé is a full-time Software Test Engineer, and he loves good food and friendly conversation. We don’t have pets except two adorable dwarf bunnies, who are very friendly and have their own pen in a corner of the living room. As you can tell we stay very busy and are usually never home except evenings and weekends. Since we have such a limited time to spend at home we try to keep it our sanctuary, meaning we keep all our social activities outside the home, so after a long day you know exactly what to expect when you walk through the door (no unpleasant surprises from random people). We keep it relatively clean, peaceful, and above all drama free. Who we are looking for: -Kind, friendly person with perhaps some of the same interests -Knows how to have fun and maintains a sense of humor =) -Respectful of privacy and family oriented home (no overnight guests please) -Responsible with rent -Busy professional or student or single mom (Female preferred but not limited to) -No cats/dogs sorry =( -No drugs, tobacco or 420, little to no alcohol (wine with dinner, etc. is fine) Rent is $700 + $200 or $500 + $200 deposit or $1200 for both with $200 deposit(deposit negotiable).
