Looking for responsible-clean female to share wonderful home w/ Mom and 13 year old daughter. We have a very nice home with new windows, French doors, recessed lighting, beautiful granite and stainless appliances. All common areas will be shared. We have a lovely backyard with a Caldera spa, fire-pit, with a gas and charcoal grill. We love to cook and entertain and would welcome our roomie to join us. We are social but would respect your privacy if that was preferred. My daughter is with her dad 3-4 nights a week and I am usually gone on those nights so the house is empty often. I work M-F we are gone by 8:45 and we are home by about 5-5:30. We both play soccer and are pretty busy on the weekends as well so there are many times we are not home. We have one very sweet dog and my daughter has two parakeets in her room. I prefer to not have any other pets but this may be negotiated. No cats-sorry, not sure what the dog would do.... Room will be available June 1st. $ 650 + utilities or $ 700 including utilities. Month to month agreement but hopefully long term will work out.
