I have a room for rent in my newly remodeled house in a quiet neighborhood. The large bedroom has a large closet and a south facing window so the room is always bright and cheerful. There is a laundry room separate from the main part of the house and of course it has washer and dryer. The utilities (water, power, and cable) will be shared. The room does have a separate phone line in case a land line is desired. It’s conveniently located between I15 and freeway 56, two minutes from each, and 15 minutes from UTC, Escondido, and Mission Valley. All shopping necessities and conveniences as well as restaurants very close by. The room is available to one person only.
