I am working as a postdoctoral fellow at UCSD/VMRF and am looking for a like-minded considerate professional person (female or male) to share the apartment with me and my indoor cat. Sorry no more pets. My cat is very shy and pretty much tends to herself, but if you have allergies that would be an issue. When I travel (rarely the case) I might like to ask you to feed her. There is a coin op laundry in the complex with washers and dryers for $1.25 each load right across from us. The apartment is pretty much furnished so you would only have to provide furniture for your room but I would be open for additions. I have digital cable (including big TV in the living room) and high speed internet in each room (all included in the utilities) and a gas BBQ grill on the porch. Kitchen is very well equipped with kitchen utensils and I am happy to share dinners sometime. I work a lot during the week and am looking for someone with similar schedule. I like to go out during the weekend but don’t bring the party home. Once in a while I have friends over for dinner/BBQ and you invited to share :) There is a direct bus connection up the street on the 101 to TSRI or UCSD. By car it’s probably less than 5 min, traffic is not much of an issue. Parking would be on the street but there is always plenty of parking right in front.
