Social drinker ok, no partiers. If you need a nice room with large closet, in very nice home with quiet tenants, and where you feel safe is leaving your stuff then this is a great place. We don't want drama, loud phone calls thru-out common areas, keep them to yourself. If you are requested to have background check, you must be willing to do that when and if required.
