My cousin and I are currently living in a 3bed/2bath apt in Oside and are looking for a third roommate. The room itself is very spacious with a walk-in closet and private bathroom (w/ marble countertops!) Our apartment is a typical college apartment, which means as long as its managably clean, (especially since all carpeting and appliances are new,) and its not a crazy insane party every night, we have a pretty relaxed environment. The place has a patio with outside storage, a one-car garage plus extra parking in the complex, dishwasher, garbage disposal, new appliances etc. The rent is 550 a month plus utilities (which will never amount to more than 50 per month including internet/cable.) There is also a small fitness center and pool w/ jacuzzi! Oh and NO deposit either!! :) What we are looking for: -Preferably younger college student and/or working professional (18-28) -Able to lease apartment until June 2010 -Responsible with paying bills PLEASE -Needs to move in (and have rent ready) by August 1st -Must have a laid-back personality....no crazy druggies, violent alcoholics, etc who will get us kicked out, but we don't mind if you have friends over and drink, especially on weekends and whatnot -Male or female, gay/straight does not matter to me! -Don't mind if you smoke cigarettes as long as you keep it on the patio or outside of the apartment! -NO pets please!
