Hi :) I am a looking for someone (can be male or female) to fill in my room from July until August or September depending on your schedule. The room is furnished with a bed and desk and has its own bathroom. It is an enormous master bedroom that is 11x15 sqft, which is large enough to accommodate up to 2 people so sharing the room is not a problem. Also, there is a washer/drier unit, a large patio, living room (with a fooseball table), and kitchen. Currently, the apartment is shared with 2 UCSD students both 22 year old males, who are very chill, fun, clean, and considerate. The apartment is in the La Regencia complex located in La Jolla, CA. It is conveniently adjacent to the grocery store and minutes away from the UCSD campus and the mall. If you will be taking summer school, there are also three shuttle stops right outside of the complex. La Jolla is also notorious for not having any parking spots, but there are parking spaces available within the complex, and if you are planning on bringing in visitors, there is a community center across the street that allows overnight parking. The complex itself has several amenities: 2 outdoor pools, a gym (which includes racquetball, fitness classes, and all your other regular gym equipment), and a business center. Now down to business. The rent for the room is $700/mo and utilities are around $50/mo. Since the first of July is coming up shortly, the first month's rent can be prorated (as in you pay only for the days that you will be living there) if you move in, say mid-July. Also, there is a security deposit of $100, which you should get back at the end of the lease. Please email me if you are interested.
