Bedroom is large (12x14) with plantation shutters with a VIRTUALLY PRIVATE bathroom (double sinks with separate toilet and shower/bath room) – SHARED ONLY WHEN WE HAVE GUESTS STAY OVER NIGHT. Also, you would share our upstairs den/family room (14x17) which is cable connected with wireless Internet (included). The den is separate from our main family room downstairs. Room and den are light, airy and have remote controlled ceiling fans. Utilities $50 extra flat rate. Deposit $300. My wife and I (a young 55 & 60 yrs old) live in Jefferies Ranch in a newer, Tuscan-inspired, custom painted, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 3,000 sq. ft. home in a very peaceful and serene neighborhood (cul-de-sac). We are a quiet, very neat and clean couple. Our home sits on one-half acre with a spa. We BBQ quite often and would consider including food in the budget as well. Our home is zone air-conditioned, though the ocean breezes keep us comfortable enough that we rarely use it. Our kitchen is very large with reverse osmosis water system and soft water through out the home. We have an extra refrigerator in garage for you shared use. There is no garage use since it is full, only driveway or very low traffic street parking only. Laundry room would be available to you. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself, though we will have a housekeeper come in every other week. No smoking in the house, no drugs, no pets and no parties (unless arranged with us - though you are welcome to have friends come over occasionally for a BBQ and dip in the spa and respectful overnight guests are welcome). You must be financially responsible, respectful and friendly, though there is no requirement that you interact with us much. We will conduct credit, background checks and request personal references.
