Now...a bit about the home. It is a very nice, new two story home with a big backyard and washer and dryer. You would have one of two rooms to pick from ( the third room is an office which you can use also ). You would have your own bathroom but it is not inside the room...you would have to go outside your room to use. But its yours.. Its a quite neighborhood, relatively new in the oside area, with access to the san luis ray river trail which is a very nice running/bike path leading directly to the oside beaches. only two and a half mile away....also there is a very steep hill behind the home for great excersise and fitness training....its a great home to say the least. I am 29, and very laid back and mellow. I need someone who is also mellow and not a weirdo. I surf and play tennis on my time off... The right person is a non pet owner, preferably a non smoker (but not a deal breaker) and someone who is responsible and respectable. I read people well and i will know after interviewing you.
