As I am having to move out, my place in *2-BHK Costa Verde* apartment is turning vacant starting October 2009. About the apartment and the neighborhood: - This is one of the cheapest places that you can get closest to UCSD campus. - There are highly frequent buses to UCSD. A bus stop is right opposite to our apartment. - Costa Verde complex is a beautiful area, and a friendly neighborhood. You get gym and parking space. - The rooms are very spacious (meant for two persons each), with a large living room and two bathrooms. - The apartment has all the amenities like washing machine, refrigerator, AC, microwave, dishwasher. About my apartment mates: Three other UCSD male graduate (Ph.D. and Master's) students from India stay there. They are clean, friendly, responsible, and respectful of your privacy. Moreover, they are intellectually engaging, which I have really treasured over the last year I have stayed with them. They do not smoke and do not have pets. Expenses: Rent comes to $430 per month + Utilities (water, electricity, Internet) ~$30. The rent will be a bit less for the month of October, because a doctor from India is temporarily staying with us for the first 15 days. Please reply back if you are interested.
