Accounts Payable Specialist Company Description: Penn, Schoen & Berland (PSB), a member of the WPP Group, is a global research-based consultancy that specializes in messaging and communications strategy for its blue-chip political, corporate, media and entertainment clients. We are currently searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in our Alexandria, Virginia office. Job Description: This individual must be excellent at determining priorities, and be able to work in a fast paced environment in an efficient manner. Job responsibilities include; entering invoices, verifying that all necessary information and approvals are obtained, following up with project teams to resolve outstanding accounts payable issues and developing and maintaining effective working relationships with other departments, vendors and all PSB employees. Qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, excellent oral & written communication skills, mastery of MS office, including Outlook, Word and Excel and strong organizational skills. This is an ideal position for a recent college graduate. Some experience with accounts payable or project accounting is a plus but is not a requirement.
