The Senior Accounts Receivable & Collections Representative is responsible for processing and recording payments received, and to assist the Credit & Collections Manager with certain daily credit and collection efforts. Duties include: - Process and record customer checks, wire, and credit card payments. - Call and respond on past due accounts with customers. - Answer customer questions regarding invoices and account status. - Facilitate and track process of reviewing existing credit files.
