Customer Service Specialist Global company in need of a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist with excellent customer service skills. Job Summary: Build and maintain customer relationships. Process and maintain sales orders for a given North American territory. Maintain all documentation and databases. Provide basic technical information. Preparation of sales quotes. Inventory planning and forecasting. Monitor customer satisfaction. Support customer service team members and related departments. Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma. Previous customer service experience required. Must be computer-literate, especially MS Office. Experience with global supply chain a plus. Must be friendly, proactive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and a team player. Reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
