We are looking for a dynamic Lead Teacher to join our team! Applicants should have a real love for their profession and enjoy planning a curriculum for a developmentally-based preschool environment. Experience with 3 year olds and/or 4 year olds is a plus. Early Childhood education and experience are required. We offer generous benefits and compensation. Our hours are 9am-3pm Monday-Friday; September – July. Salary will be based on education and experience. We adhere to the Virginia State and Arlington County Licensing Regulations. The required qualifications for the Lead Teacher are: • Bachelor’s degree in child development, early childhood education or a related field with at least nine college semester hours in early childhood education and/or child development; or • Two or more years of college with fifteen college semester hours in child development and/or early childhood education.
