This involves bringing together urban design, planning, economic, landscape architecture, sustainability and environmental responses to deliver practical solutions. Duties: The candidate will serve as project planner on multi-disciplinary planning projects (e.g., community, environmental, military installation, etc.) and provide input for land use, recreation and institutional planning reports and documents produced by EDAW. The position requires travel. Skill Requirements: Candidate must have: 1-3 years of related experience, strong analytical skills and excellent writing and communication skills. The candidate must be able to work independently as well as in multi-disciplinary teams. Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite are required. Proficiency with ArcGIS is a plus. The candidate must be able to obtain a DOD Common Access Card. AICP certification and LEED certification are preferred. Education Requirements: A masters degree in planning, landscape architecture, or related field is required.
