Senior Mechanical Designer/Engineer The ideal candidate will have 5 to 15 years experience in HVAC design. Types of projects include full service hotels, condominiums, spec office buildings, tenant up-fits and garden style apartments. HVAC systems designs include 4-pipe hydronic, watersource heat pumps, packaged RTU’s and split system DX. Autocad production, a 4 year engineering degree and good people skills are required. Experience with Trane Trace load software and/or REVIT 2009 a plus. Candidate’s responsibilities include preparing contract drawings and specifications, submittal review, site reviews and RFI responses.
